In May, 2007 the Organization participated in International Forum of SMEs, which was organized by the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Moldova and by the International Exhibition Center ‘Moldexpo’ with patronage of the Government of the Republic. The diploma of participant is here.

In 2007, Organization’s members participate in international research project ‘Cross-border Cooperation and Partnership in selected NIS countries and the Consequences of EU-Enlargement: Fostering Entrepreneurship in the Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova’. The Project joines together researches from five countries and is financed by INTAS. In June 2006, the Organization and the International Center for Advancement of Women into Business (ICAWB) have initiated mini-survey centered on patent holders’ poll (patent – is special authorization on doing business in certain activities for physical persons). The survey’s objective was to reveal real importance of patent for petty entrepreneurs, working in trade. The Government of Moldova studied expediency of patents at that time and their abolition in trade sphere in particular. The survey’s results were presented to the officials, which regulate patent holders’ activity.

At the end of 2005 – beginning of 2006, the members of Organization have carried out investigation on ‘Revelation of a Gender Discrimination in Labour Market of the Republic of Moldova’. The object was to determine scope and forms of discrimination in labour market and comprehension of the phenomenon in society. The investigation included poll and was made within the project ‘Struggle against Gender Discrimination in Labour Market and Exposure of Reduction Capability of the Phenomenon in the Republic of Moldova’. The project was realized by National Center of study and information on women’s problems ‘Partnership for Development’ with the financial support of Soros Fund in Moldova. Since 2005 till now, the Organization’s members take an active part in activity of a Workgroup of Regulative reform’s conducting.

In 2005, members of the Organization participated in a preparation of the Moldovan Report on observance of standards provided by Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW). In particular, the analysis and generalization of regional reports, where opinion of civil society outside the capital was reflected, were made. The work was made within the project Winrock International ‘New Perspectives for Women’, financed by U.S. Agency for International Development. The complete results with the reference to NGO ‘CERINDE’s participation have been published in «Raport cu privire la instrumentul de evaluare CEDAW pentru Moldova. Asociatia Avocatilor Americani. August 2006».

 In 2006, members of the Organization participated in the following meetings and round-tables:

• Round-table ‘Legislation of the Republic of Moldova on Small Business and its Improvement’. Organizers: ICAWB, GTZ (April, 4, 2006)

• The Discussion of the question ‘About Necessity of Legislation Improvement in the domain of Small and Medium-sized Business’ Development’, organized in the Parliament of Moldova by group of Communists (June, 1, 2006).
