Members of the Organization are of great experience of working in research, training and consulting domains.

The President – Elena Aculai, Dr. in economy, the leading research fellow of the Institute of Economy, Finance and Statistics (IEFS). Mrs. Aculai has 20 years of experience of working in scientific research domain.

 She was the head of Moldovan research group within five international research projects, where colleagues from Great Britain, Germany, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Uzbekistan have participated. Being working in Academy of Sciences of Moldova, Mrs. Aculai is being the head of the research group, engaged in investigation of entrepreneurship, mainly SMEs, for more than 10 years.

 Since 2003, she has headed and participated in three projects, directed to investigation of gender problems in Moldova.

 She was a consultant in Business-Center of Moldova, Investment funds, Credit Union «Agdias-Prim» in different time. At present, she is the member of the board of directors of International Center for Advancement of Women in Business (icawb).

 Field of interests includes: state regulation of the entrepreneurship, mainly SMEs in transition economies and gender problems research.

Vice-president – Ludmila Tsurcan, Dr. in economy, occupied with consulting about legal, economic and financial aspects of business’ start-up, activity expansion, loan proceeds receiving, elaboration of business plans.

 Since the beginning of 1990s, Mrs. Tsurcan has chance to analyse problems of the business from different sides: she investigated entrepreneurship within the Academy of Sciences of Moldova; worked as the head of Central department on concession and lease of the State Committee on economic reform problems; was the chief of Central administrative board of entrepreneurship and small business development in the Ministry of Economy. During that period, with her direct participation, the following documents have been elaborated and adopted: Law on leasing, Law on small business protection and support, State programme on protection and support of entrepreneurship, Regulation on Fund of entrepreneurship support and small business development.  Mrs. Tsurcan is also the author of parcel of documents on concession.

 She has experience of work in private sector, as the director general of a foreign firm in particular.

Also, she participated in national and international research projects, worked as the consultant of the Business-Center of Moldova, conducted seminars on business planning and other topical problems of entrepreneurship.

Director on science and education – Olga Pasechnic, Dr. in economy. At present, she is the head of sub-faculty of Economy, business and management of the Modern Institute for the Humanities.

 For more than 15 years, she has lectured in higher educational institutions and colleges and conducted seminars on different problems of business and management development, including financial management, strategic planning, application of quality management systems. Mrs. Pasechnic also conducts lectures and seminars on self-actualization and exposure of human abilities in all the vital spheres.

 Her scholastic activity is being combined with the research one. The field of the main scientific investigations is the following: quality systems management, intellectual property’s evaluation, competition policy.

Marketing director – Adela Bulgac, PhD student at the Academy of Sciences of Moldova, scientific researcher at the Institute of Economy, Finance and Statistics. Since 2002 she has been in the research sphere and has participated in 4 institutional and one international research projects.

At the same time, Ms. Bulgac lectures at the Technical University of Moldova the following disciplines: European Economic Integration, European Business Environment.

Field of scientific interests includes: aspects of the SME sector development, SMEs networking, development of cross border cooperation of SMEs.
